what excites me most about this fall?.....hmmmmm....the potential of driving to Chicago for a weekend in October to see my friend Stephanie run a marathon!!!!! Pick me, Pick me!
i like the fall because of the leaves, the air, and the light.
there is something magical about apple cider, pumpkins, and orange/yellow/red leaves.
could every season be fall...please?
Lots of things excite me about the fall...but my favorite is college football and the exciting culture that comes along with that. Especially Alabama footbal...Roll Tide! I love the ridiculousness of living in the South during football season.
Ok....this fall, Brett starts his long awaited job as an English Prof, Olivia starts preschool and dance classes, and little girl #2 joins our family!! Seriously, who is in more need of a Target gift card than us?!....just kidding.....pick me....kidding....no, really.
I am most excited about welcoming my little girl at the very end of fall! But in the meantime I am excited that it is going to eventually get cooler and crisper while I wait for her arrival, since I am only going to get bigger...
I got one word - NORMALCY! (Did I spell it right? It looks weird.) Now I realize that our house will NEVER look normal, but routine is what I crave .. . and a Target giftcard :)

I am most looking forward to the smells. I love the smell of crisp leaves, cool air (if that has a smell, but in my mind it does), apples and cinnamon, pumpkins and spice. To say that I'm excited for fall would be an understatement.
I love the colors of fall. The yellows, browns, and oranges. Also, the cool weather makes me happy.
Starting a new tradition...going apple picking!
