Can I just tell you that I read in Martha Stewart's Living that spaghetti noodles were PERFECT for holding a cake together!
And, after the fiasco with Maddi's princess cake that Family Fun made sound oh so easy to make ... I have decided that God gifted some people with a great talent for decorating cakes. I think I'll let them put their talents to work on my children's cakes from now on. Yep, hear me say it ... my children's birthday cakes will be made by someone other than myself. Now I just have to go and decide if it is my perfectionism that is reigning or a humble acknowledgment of my weaknesses. :D
